Physical Security Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day technical support and administration for physical security systems across APAC, including access control and video management
• Support new office buildouts by reviewing designs, coordinating vendors, and validating system readiness
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Genetec, Windows OS/Servers, databases, networking, and field hardware
• Partner with IT/NetEng on connectivity, identity, infrastructure, firewalls, VLANs, and switch configurations
• Support integrations between physical security systems and enterprise systems like identity and access management
• Create and maintain site documentation, drawings, operating procedures, and training materials

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in Windows OS/Servers
• Strong knowledge of networking and switching
• Experience with systems integration support
• Ability to diagnose issues across the full stack from endpoint devices to enterprise security platforms
• Experience with Genetec or similar physical security platforms
