Physical Security Specialist

Responsibilities

• Audit physical security equipment and tasks regularly at assigned studio sites
• Manage, train, and approve budgets for contracted security guards
• Manage security systems including CCTV, access control, fingerprint readers, and door controls
• Perform basic troubleshooting and wiring for security hardware and servers
• Identify security risks and develop effective mitigation plans
• Write detailed security incident reports and track them through their lifecycle
• Participate in security investigations, compliance reviews, and internal/external audits
• Research new threats and recommend remedial actions to management
• Collaborate with facility, IT, and office management teams to resolve security issues

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent relevant professional experience
• Strong technical knowledge in physical security systems and planning
• Proven experience in physical security testing and auditing
• Understanding of fire and safety regulations and facility maintenance
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Flexibility to work different shifts and travel occasionally to other locations
