Physical Security Operational Risk Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional security leads to identify, assess, and prioritize physical security risks across all global locations
• Develop and maintain global operating standards including PSOC procedures, access control, and incident response
• Coordinate with regional teams to strengthen relationships with law enforcement, emergency services, and government agencies
• Manage operational relationships with security risk and emergency providers
• Plan for civil unrest, natural disasters, workplace violence, and medical or travel emergencies
• Coordinate global and regional security teams during incidents to align response, communications, and documentation
• Contribute incident summaries, trend analysis, and leadership updates

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, emergency management, intelligence, or public safety
• Proven track record in assessing physical security risk and building operating procedures
• Experience working with law enforcement, emergency services, or intelligence partners
• Familiarity with GSOC/PSOC operations, guard force management, access control, CCTV, and visitor management
• Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time on short notice
• Ability to support incidents outside of standard business hours
