Physical Security Investigations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support physical security investigations involving personnel, assets, and vendors, including fact-finding, evidence gathering, and interviewing.
• Assess security incidents and concerns to identify risks and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support incident response activities for urgent or sensitive matters requiring timely coordination and discretion.
• Plan and execute physical security red team testing, security exercises, and control assessments across global locations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, IT, and Risk Control to improve security controls and response capabilities.
• Develop investigation plans, case records, and after-action reports in accordance with global SOPs.
• Identify patterns and vulnerabilities to translate findings into practical improvements for the global security program.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in physical security, investigations, corporate security, law enforcement, military, or risk management.
• Strong judgment and the ability to make balanced decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for producing clear investigation reports.
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and draw well-supported conclusions.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with strict discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technology company or a complex multinational corporation.
• Prior experience in intelligence, government security, or corporate security roles.
• Experience conducting red team testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability assessments.
• Familiarity with investigative interviewing, open-source research, and case management systems.
• Practical understanding of access control, surveillance systems, and guarding operations.
• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, CFE, or equivalent.
