Physical Security Agent, Critical Response Team

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess alerts from global intelligence, safety, and security systems
• Conduct routine lobby and facility patrols to ensure safety and compliance
• Manage employee and guest badging using systems like Genetec or Lenel S2
• Triage incidents and determine escalation requirements per CIRT protocols
• De-escalate situations involving employees, vendors, and guests
• Coordinate with internal teams and external emergency services during incidents
• Maintain inventory of first aid kits, AEDs, and emergency response materials
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports using Jira and other internal tools
• Support local events and executive protection details

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in emergency management, public safety, dispatch, or GSOC
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
• Advanced First Aid training (EMT preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency with incident management systems (e.g., Everbridge, Dataminr)
