Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine rehabilitation needs and formulate treatment plans
• Implement individualized rehabilitation strategies using evidence-based methods
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Medical degree (M.D. or D.O.) from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Active and valid Department of Health (DOH) license
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in physical medicine and rehabilitation
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
