Physical Laboratory Testing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist lab manager with daily tasks and departmental operations
• Complete training, assessments, and ensure timely, high-quality testing
• Manage purchasing applications and inspection of consumable materials
• Review test results and manage daily laboratory operations
• Prepare and revise technical documents and testing instructions
• Maintain testing area cleanliness and monitor the working environment
• Manage and maintain departmental facilities and equipment
• Implement corrective actions for any identified nonconformities
• Ensure confidentiality of technical data and client information

Requirements

• College degree or above in science, engineering, or electronic/electrical fields
• At least 1 year of experience in toys or juvenile product testing
• Electronic & Electrical background is preferred
• Good command of English reading and writing (CET 4 or equivalent)
• Strong communication and language competence
• Self-initiated, independent, and a team player
