Physical Laboratory Testing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist lab manager with daily tasks and departmental training
• Ensure testing is completed on time, in quantity, and with high quality
• Manage purchasing applications and inspection of consumable materials
• Oversee daily operations and review test results
• Prepare and revise technical documents and test operation instructions
• Maintain testing area cleanliness and monitor the working environment
• Manage and maintain laboratory facilities and equipment
• Implement corrective actions for any identified nonconformities
• Maintain confidentiality of technical data and client information

Requirements

• College degree or above in science, engineering, or electronic/electrical related fields
• At least 1 year of working experience in the toys or juvenile product testing industry
• Electronic & Electrical background is preferred
• Good command of English reading and writing (CET 4 or equivalent)
• Strong communication and language competence
• Self-initiated, independent, and a good team player
