Physical Laboratory Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage physical laboratory operations and handle technical issues
• Provide technical training, assessment, and task allocation for testing personnel
• Implement lean management to improve laboratory efficiency and processes
• Oversee R&D projects, method development, verification, and implementation
• Formulate and supervise inter-laboratory comparison and capability verification plans
• Review projects, approve instrument purchases, and ensure test report quality
• Regulate use of personnel, equipment, and materials to minimize waste

Requirements

• College degree or above in science, engineering, or electrical fields
• At least 8 years of experience in third-party labs or toy/children product testing
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 quality management systems
• Ability to evaluate testing data and results for toy/children products
• Proficiency in English reading and writing (CET 6 or equivalent)
• Strong communication and language skills
