Physical Access Control (CAS) Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end badge issuance for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Process physical access requests for new joiners, role changes, and project requirements.
• Perform regular reconciliations to align badge permissions and system records with personnel data.
• Execute prompt access removal and offboarding procedures for departing staff and contractors.
• Monitor CAS software and hardware, performing basic troubleshooting and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on badge activity, system usage, and compliance for audits and management.
• Analyze access control data to identify trends and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in physical security operations and access control administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge of electronic access control systems and databases.
• Experience with AMAG Symmetry or a comparable platform is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment, including shift patterns and off-hours escalations.
• High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive security data.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a multi-site, enterprise, or multinational environment.
• Familiarity with badge printing systems and security hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools for data modeling, analysis, or reporting.
• Knowledge of the APJ regional context regarding physical security legal and cultural aspects.
