Responsibilities
- Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules and plugins
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by back-end developers
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Resolve identified PHP development issues for various stakeholders
- Maintain and manage clear and complete documentation
- Write clean object-oriented PHP and efficient SQL
- Develop and deploy new features and modules for web-based applications
Requirements
- Proficiency in PHP programming with OOPS
- Experience with MySQL, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Understanding of MVC design patterns
- Knowledge of designing complex database queries with multi DB/table structures
- Good understanding of back-end technologies including HTML and CSS
- Understanding of browser compatibilities and standard compliances
- Bachelor's degree or relevant degree
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of open source CMS such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal
