PHP Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems supporting IB management, including partner hierarchies, referral structures, and commission engines
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable PHP code using Symfony or Laravel
• Design and implement scalable backend architectures to handle complex financial logic and trade volume tracking
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs to integrate with trading platforms (MT4/MT5), CRM systems, and internal reporting tools
• Optimize and manage relational databases including MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL
• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance legacy applications to ensure system stability
• Translate business requirements from FX and operations teams into efficient technical solutions and automated workflows
• Implement logging, validation, and audit mechanisms to ensure data transparency and traceability

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in backend development across the full software development lifecycle
• Strong proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in Symfony (preferred) or Laravel
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean code principles, and scalable system architecture
• Solid knowledge of RESTful API design, web services, and system integrations
• Strong experience with relational databases and query optimization (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• Proficiency with version control tools such as Git
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with FX/trading systems, IB platforms, or financial back-office environments
