About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment
  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, and cost of ownership
  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs
  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings
  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health
  • Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment
  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing
  • Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools
  • Good understanding of the Photo Process
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as ASML (/100, /700), Nikon (SF100, 130, 155), TEL ACT 8 tracks, or Ultratech steppers
