Photolithography Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced lithography processes used in high-volume manufacturing
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and solve complex technical challenges
• Collaborate with experienced engineers, technicians, and equipment specialists
• Participate in the early career development program through structured onboarding and mentorship

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, microfabrication, or research laboratories
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, SQL, Minitab, SAS, or MATLAB
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship, co-op, or research experience in semiconductor processing or wafer fabrication
• Familiarity with cleanroom environments
• Exposure to photolithography concepts like photoresist coating, exposure, development, overlay, and critical dimension control
• Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Advanced Process Control (APC)
