Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and sustain advanced lithography processes used in high-volume manufacturing
- Perform data analysis to identify trends and solve complex technical challenges
- Collaborate with experienced engineers, technicians, and equipment specialists
- Participate in the early career development program through structured onboarding and mentorship
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, microfabrication, or research laboratories
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools such as JMP, Python, SQL, Minitab, SAS, or MATLAB
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, co-op, or research experience in semiconductor processing or wafer fabrication
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments
- Exposure to photolithography concepts like photoresist coating, exposure, development, overlay, and critical dimension control
- Knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Advanced Process Control (APC)
