Photography Assistant

Responsibilities

• Deliver gear and assist with the setup and breakdown of production sets
• Assist photographers in the studio and work closely with the equipment manager to meet production needs
• Input metadata and assist with deliverables for brand partners
• Help the equipment manager maintain gear and ensure the studio remains tidy and organized

Requirements

• Degree in photography or a related field
• Prior experience assisting in a professional studio environment
• Unsupervised proficiency with Capture One, Canon Mirrorless Cameras, Profoto Lighting, and Apple Mac OS
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a self-motivated work ethic
