Photographer

Responsibilities

• Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D/360° virtual tours, and social media content for real estate properties.
• Utilize advanced photography techniques and proprietary technology to showcase property aesthetics.
• Coordinate with clients on-site to understand photography needs and provide direction during sessions.
• Manage and maintain professional photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Organize and upload captured media for post-processing while meeting strict deadlines.
• Represent Zillow Media Experts professionally while adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate photography, including interior/exterior shots and video.
• Proficiency with DSLR or Mirrorless camera systems and a deep understanding of photography fundamentals.
• Possession of a professional full-frame or crop sensor camera capable of 5-bracket Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
• Ownership of a wide-angle lens (e.g., 15-35mm for Full Frame or 10-22mm for Crop Sensor).
• Ownership of a Ball Head or Geared Head Tripod (Video Fluid Head Tripods are not acceptable).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards under deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drone photography and video.
• Possession of an FAA Part 107 drone license.
• Internet upload speeds of at least 15 Mbps.
