Photographer

Responsibilities

• Capture professional still photography, listing videos, 3D/360° virtual tours, and social media content for real estate listings.
• Utilize advanced photography techniques and proprietary technology to showcase property aesthetics.
• Coordinate with clients on-site to understand photography needs and provide direction during sessions.
• Manage and maintain professional photography equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Organize and upload captured media for post-processing while meeting strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers and real estate agents to deliver cohesive visual assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate photography (interior and exterior).
• Deep understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR or Mirrorless camera systems.
• Possession of a professional full-frame or crop sensor camera capable of 5-bracket Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
• Proficiency with wide-angle lenses and a Ball Head or Geared Head Tripod.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to drive within a 60+ mile radius.
• Ability to provide 10-20 hours of availability per week.
• Located near Portland, Oregon.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drone photography and video.
• Possession of an FAA Part 107 drone license.
• Internet upload speed of at least 15 Mbps.
