Photographer/Videographer

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video tours of residential and commercial properties, including interior and lifestyle footage.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to produce promotional content, testimonials, and lifestyle videos.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and is optimized for websites, social media, and property portals.
• Maintain video and camera equipment in excellent condition.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new techniques or tools to enhance visual content.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate videography is mandatory.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
• Strong visual storytelling and cinematography skills.
• Ability to provide a portfolio of real estate video projects.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and flexible hours, including weekends when required.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drone videography and knowledge of local regulations.
• Knowledge of photography.
• Familiarity with the UAE property market or regional real estate trends.
