Photo Scanner Install Technician

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and resolve high-level photolithography equipment problems
• Perform scheduled maintenance following detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Monitor and respond to abnormal equipment signals
• Log data accurately and promptly for all assignments
• Document and communicate all equipment activities during shift pass-downs
• Work with equipment vendors, senior personnel, and engineers to perform breakdown maintenance

Requirements

• 2-year technical degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in Photolithography Equipment Engineering Services
• Hands-on experience with ASML or Canon scanner/stepper tools
• Experience working in a Clean Room environment
• Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical systems
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, and semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals
• Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications
