Photo Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Perform retouching and editing of fashion, product, and eCommerce images to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
• Manage the organization, classification, and uploading of images to internal platforms
• Coordinate with external retouching providers, tracking progress and ensuring deliveries meet brand standards
• Conduct quality control on final images from both internal and external sources
• Prepare and export images in various formats for different channels, including web, social media, and print
• Maintain and update organized image libraries
• Propose improvements to optimize image workflows and processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in photo retouching, ideally within fashion, eCommerce, or product sectors
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• High aesthetic criteria and strong visual sensitivity
• Experience in file organization and managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom or Bridge
• Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) tools
• Previous experience working directly with external retouching providers
