Photo Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Retouch and upload product photography images
• Manipulate, adjust, and swap colors on products while maintaining natural texture and lighting
• Create multiple color variants of single product images for promotional use
• Match product images to physical color samples and style guides
• Maintain digital asset file structure and organization
• Crop digital images and maintain file size specifications
• Ensure color consistency between image assets and across different cameras
• Perform quality assurance on all images
• Meet daily and weekly production deadlines
• Receive and implement creative direction from Art and Creative Services directors

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment
• Experience in Fashion eCommerce industry preferred
• Proven portfolio demonstrating photo retouching and color manipulation
• Strong knowledge of color theory and creative color grading
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop
• Knowledge of studio photography, lighting practices, and photographic vocabulary
• BA degree in Photography or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English
