Photo Retoucher

Responsibilities

• Retouch and upload high volumes of eCommerce product photography images
• Manipulate, adjust, and swap colors on products while maintaining natural texture, shadows, and lighting integrity
• Create multiple color variants of single product images for various product lines or promotional uses
• Match product images to physical color samples and style guides to ensure visual consistency
• Perform advanced color correction and grading to match images from different cameras
• Maintain digital asset file structure, organization, and naming conventions
• Crop images and ensure all files meet specific size and specification guidelines
• Perform quality assurance on all images to ensure they meet brand standards
• Meet daily and weekly production deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment, ideally within Fashion eCommerce
• Proven expertise in Adobe Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of color theory, including color correction, adjustments, and creative grading
• BA degree in Photography or equivalent professional work experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality retouching and color manipulation (before-and-after examples preferred)
• Deep understanding of studio photography, lighting practices, and photographic terminology
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California, during core business hours
