Responsibilities

• Coordinate, track the retouching and color management across multiple high-volume streams of images
• Manipulate, adjust, and swap colors on products while maintaining natural texture, shadows, and lighting integrity
• Create multiple color variants of a single product image for product lines or promotional use
• Match product images to physical color samples and style guides to ensure visual consistency
• Name, organize, and maintain digital asset file structures
• Ensure color consistency across all image assets and on-schedule delivery
• Perform quality assurance on all images
• Maintain communication between key stakeholders including photographers, buyers, and the Post-Production Manager

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment
• Proven experience in photo retouching and color manipulation with a strong portfolio
• Strong knowledge of color theory and creative color grading
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Knowledge of studio photography and lighting practices
• BA degree in Photography or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English
