Photo Retoucher, Color Correction Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track retouching and color management across high-volume image streams
• Manipulate, adjust, and swap product colors while maintaining natural texture, shadows, and lighting
• Create multiple color variants of single product images for various product lines or promotions
• Match product images to physical color samples and style guides to ensure visual consistency
• Maintain digital asset file structures, including naming and organization
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of all assets in accordance with production calendars
• Perform quality assurance on all images to ensure color accuracy and consistency
• Communicate with key stakeholders including photographers, buyers, and the Post-Production Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Photo Retoucher in a studio environment, ideally in fashion eCommerce
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong knowledge of color theory and ability to perform advanced color grading
• Proven experience in color manipulation supported by a professional portfolio
• BA degree in Photography or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California
