About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain Reticle Inspection tool sets for both EUV and DUV photomasks
- Coordinate EUV Reticle exceptions with internal customers and manage defect history systems
- Respond to reticle quality incidents and coordinate release strategies to meet manufacturing needs
- Troubleshoot and manage manufacturing escalation situations regarding reticle availability
- Manage the EUV Reticle Verification system to uphold quality standards
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical), Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a similar technical degree
- Understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals
- Understanding of photolithography
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of semiconductor process engineering experience
