Photo Process Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and system operations including equipment calibration, preventative maintenance, and failure analysis for memory chip and logic production
• Execute Change Point Management (CPM) and system maintenance following standard operating procedures
• Conduct troubleshooting and failure analysis using established scripts to anticipate and resolve issues
• Monitor equipment and processes to proactively identify and implement improvements
• Use sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data for in-line adjustments
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and communicate across the organization

Requirements

• Associates degree or other technical certification
• Experience in Photolithography, data analysis, or medical technology (or 4 years equivalent technical Military service)
• Training in Root cause analysis
• Familiarity with SPC methods and implementation
• Knowledge of TPM and 6S concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment focused on continuous improvement
