About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage utilization, setup, and relocation of ASML Scanner PAS5500 Series equipment
- Manage utilization, setup, and relocation of Canon Stepper FPA-3000 Series equipment
- Diversify component sourcing and manage spare parts for equipment maintenance and repair
- Execute equipment improvement and modification tasks to optimize photo processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related engineering field
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience in semiconductor equipment technology
- Mandatory experience working with ASML or Canon Scanner equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in developing in-house repair systems for Scanners and Steppers
- Experience performing in-house overhauls of Canon Stepper Wafer Stages
- Experience managing ASML Twin Scanners, Nikon SF Series, or Canon iZ Series equipment
