Photo Equipment Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor tool status, performance, and daily chart monitoring
• Supervise personnel performance and ensure adherence to company and departmental policies
• Lead training and career development for the technician workforce
• Review FDC/Tool trend data to determine root causes of recurring issues
• Coordinate team meetings and manage daily workloads and sustaining activities in the fab
• Ensure utilization of SOPs, PTPs, and Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs) for safety and efficiency
• Perform defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause identification
• Develop and improve operational documents including SOPs, Job Aids, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• High School diploma required (Associates degree or technical degree preferred)
• 8+ years of Photolithography semiconductor experience preferred
• Deep knowledge of Photolithography processes and equipment
• Hands-on experience with TEL, ASML, Cannon, and Semes platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong understanding of Lean Principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail
