Photo Equipment Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform Spinner and auxiliary equipment installation, including hardware and product qualification
• Create next-generation technology node transfers including recipes, SOPs, and BKMs
• Coordinate internal, external, and multiple vendor resources to provide optimum manufacturing support
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical solutions to equipment-related defect, quality, and yield problems
• Analyze and report tool performance data, including availability, MTTR, MTBF, and defect trends
• Attend tactical and strategic meetings with vendors and internal teams regarding equipment metrics and improvement plans
• Provide weekend coverage as needed to ensure successful achievement of KPIs

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in a related field
• 5+ years of semiconductor Photo or Cleans equipment ownership
• In-depth experience with SEMES, TEL, or Screen semiconductor equipment
• Strong understanding of semiconductor wafer processing fundamentals and photolithography
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, FDC, yield analysis, and standard manufacturing practices
• Ability to travel internationally as needed
