About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, functionality, and maintenance of semiconductor photolithography equipment toolsets, including hardware, software, and system interfaces.
  • Maintain tool performance and availability to production by analyzing data to drive engineering priorities and quality metrics.
  • Troubleshoot advanced technical problems and address root causes to ensure high uptime and wafer output.
  • Partner with suppliers, process owners, and technicians to complete daily activities and execute cost-reduction initiatives.
  • Facilitate safety audits and proactively report hazards to reduce personal injury or environmental impact.
  • Manage inventory levels for parts required for both planned and unplanned maintenance events.
  • Collaborate with HVM sites to optimize PM frequency and identify workstation efficiencies using SPC and ETI data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  • 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor photolithography fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Proficiency in tool troubleshooting and technical problem-solving to support production uptime.
  • Understanding of SPC principles, including improving CPK and reducing defectivity baselines.
  • Experience with fault detection systems for real-time tool performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with photolithography track systems and equipment performance topics.
