  • Master and utilize in-house support software

Requirements

  • Based in Melbourne with ability to work from the Collins Street office
  • Previous customer service experience with a focus on phone-based support
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements
  • Adaptable and comfortable in an evolving environment
