Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality phone support to Up customers
- Tackle diverse customer questions and resolve issues
- Collaborate with Account Verification and in-app chat squads
- Help shape and reimagine the support experience through feedback and process improvements
- Master and utilize in-house support software
Requirements
- Based in Melbourne with ability to work from the Collins Street office
- Previous customer service experience with a focus on phone-based support
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
- Proven track record of driving process improvements
- Adaptable and comfortable in an evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Banking experience
- Knowledge of banking systems
