About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform conduct procedures in strict compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards, and SOPs
  • Serve as an integral member of the site and study team during participant admission, orientation, conduct, and discharge
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of all study participants
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the clinical trial process
  • Execute clinical trial tasks in accordance with QA/QC procedures, OSHA guidelines, and local regulations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Phlebotomist certification or advanced medical procedure training
  • 1-2 years of experience in a clinical environment
  • Ability to obtain vital signs and perform ECGs
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and interpersonal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with telemetry or the insertion of intravenous catheters
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines
