Philanthropy Systems & Analytics Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Slate reports, queries, datasets, forms, and dashboards.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for philanthropy and engagement initiatives, including giving, email outreach, and campaign benchmarks.
• Assist in preparing data summaries and visualizations for divisional and campus partners.
• Partner with Philanthropy Services to maintain accurate reporting fields and datasets.
• Help design and maintain training materials for Slate users and provide 1:1 training sessions.
• Provide backup support for gift processing and event-related CRM functions.
• Support event leads with Slate configuration for registration, attendance tracking, and post-event analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM systems, Advancement Services, or data analytics.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commitment to ethical data management practices and constituent privacy.
• Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Slate for Advancement.
• Experience in higher education or nonprofit fundraising.
