Philanthropic Development Leader

Responsibilities

• Implement fundraising strategies targeting major companies and high-capacity philanthropic donors.
• Manage the full donor lifecycle, including prospecting, engagement, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Execute national policies for the care and follow-up of major and medium-level donors within the CDMX region.
• Develop long-term agreements and coordinate the signing of donation contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide transparent reporting to donors regarding the progress and impact of the causes they support.
• Coordinate the Development Committee and follow up on fundraising initiatives generated by the committee.
• Maintain accurate data and relationship history within the CRM to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the achievement of annual fundraising goals to ensure the sustainability of priority projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
• Proven experience working in social responsibility, foundations, or philanthropy (fundraising).
• Strong sales profile with a track record of meeting and exceeding objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree.
