PHE Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute Plumbing and Fire Fighting works including water supply, drainage, sewage, and storm water systems as per approved drawings.
• Supervise the installation of STP/WTP related piping and fire fighting equipment.
• Coordinate with Civil, Electrical, and HVAC teams to resolve site execution clashes and technical issues.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower productivity, and material availability.
• Ensure all works comply with approved standards, safety guidelines, and quality checklists.
• Verify site measurements and quantities to support RA billing and subcontractor processes.
• Maintain accurate site records, including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and inspection reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience in site execution and manpower handling.
• Strong knowledge of Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Solid understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity verification.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
