PhD & Research Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and cultivate long-term relationships with top-tier PhD candidates, pioneering research labs, and elite industry researchers globally
• Immerse yourself in technical domains to build a deep understanding of what world-class quantitative and computational talent looks like
• Manage a high-volume, fast-paced inbound pipeline of applications
• Deliver a highly personalized, intellectually engaging candidate experience
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities to position HRT as a premier destination for scientific and mathematical minds
• Represent HRT at high-caliber academic and industry events
• Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure an efficient interview process
• Own the entire offer and conversion process, including complex negotiations
• Drive process improvements across pipeline management and candidate experience

Requirements

• 2+ years track record of hiring elite technical or quantitative talent
• Experience recruiting PhDs, researchers, or elite tech talent is a plus
• Full-lifecycle recruiting agility
• Exceptional intellectual curiosity regarding complex technical domains
• Hands-on execution mindset and ability to drive results
• High resilience, composure, and organizational precision
• Collaborative and thoughtful disposition
