Phase II Construction Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various independent contractors across multiple jobsites
• Manage the Phase II construction process from sheetrock installation to home completion
• Order construction materials and monitor both quantity and quality
• Ensure all completed tasks meet the high quality standards set by Perry Homes
• Manage construction timelines, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders
• Perform warranty services according to company procedures

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Relevant management or leadership experience
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, construction plans, plats, and development plans
• Fundamental knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
• Ownership of a truck that complies with company construction policies
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for interacting with contractors and homeowners
