Pharmacy Technician Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy technician tasks and performance levels
• Monitor pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels
• Create pharmacy technician schedules and manage adherence
• Reallocate resources intraday to maintain service level agreements
• Provide daily coaching, performance feedback, and weekly huddles
• Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and annual performance reviews
• Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff
• Identify risks and opportunities for process and procedure improvements
• Prepare composite reports from individual direct report data

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid Florida Pharmacy Technician License
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification
• 2-4 years of experience as a pharmacy technician supervisor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
