About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, knowledgeable assistance to patients, providers, and staff
- Make outbound refill calls and process requests promptly
- Answer and triage incoming pharmacy calls
- Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists or clinicians
- Coordinate medication refills and complete accurate data entry
- Assist with claim adjudication and troubleshoot rejected claims
Requirements
- State-registered (Texas) Pharmacy Technician
- CPhT or ExCPT certification required
- 2+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, organization, and technical skills
