Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patient check-ins to monitor therapy experience and support treatment adherence
• Assist with initial outreach to confirm therapy start and assess early treatment experience
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and clinical monitoring schedules
• Support pharmacists by gathering patient information, preparing charts, and managing task queues
• Track and follow up on required labs or monitoring parameters
• Prepare and route prescription-related requests or medication renewals for pharmacist review
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in required systems
• Facilitate workflow efficiency by organizing patient lists and call queues

Requirements

• State registration as a pharmacy technician
• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Proficiency in Epic and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• National CPhT certification or equivalent
• 5-8 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Experience working in a medical clinic with physicians and nurses
