Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Manage medication ordering, dispensing, and timely delivery on-site
• Act on safety alerts and ensure secure storage of medicines
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative care planning
• Support clinical governance, audits, and service development initiatives
• Deliver staff training on medication management and maintain GPhC compliance

Requirements

• Professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Level 3 Diploma in Pharmacy Technician Practice or equivalent
• Minimum of two years’ supervised experience in a pharmacy setting
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across clinical and non-clinical teams
