Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver ward-based medicines management services across inpatient areas
• Support medicines reconciliation and optimisation for hospitalised patients
• Work collaboratively with pharmacists and clinical teams on the wards
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with NHS policies
• Contribute to safe, effective, and patient-centred medicines use

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• Previous NHS hospital ward experience
• Experience working as a Medicines Management Technician (MMT)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
