About the Company

Founded in 2015, PHIL is a Series D health-tech startup that is building a platform that interfaces between doctors, pharmacies, and patients to streamline the process of patients receiving prescriptions. Phil’s B2B2C platform provides an end-to-end prescription management and delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and label prescriptions under the direction of a licensed pharmacist
• Enter prescription data and verify patient information in pharmacy systems
• Manage inventory and assist in ordering pharmaceutical supplies
• Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies as needed
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including Ohio Board of Pharmacy requirements
• Support workflow by maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve prescription-related issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Ohio Pharmacy Technician license
• 1–3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting (retail or mail-order preferred)
• Proficiency in pharmacy software systems and basic computer applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and reside in the state of Ohio
