Northern Montana Hospital (NMH) is a not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital dedicated to meeting the growing needs of the Hi-Line communities of Montana. We provide a comprehensive system of medical and health care services, including a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department and state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive assistance to the Pharmacist to enable optimal pharmaceutical services
• Assist patients, customers, and residents in a professional and economical manner
• Follow oral and written instructions with accuracy and speed
• Perform routine repetitive tasks as required
• Respond quickly to emergency requests and set priorities effectively

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• No history of drug addiction or misuse
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations for dosages and days' supply
• Strong communication and telephone etiquette
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions and flexible schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Current PTCB certification and Board of Pharmacy certification
• Previous experience in the healthcare field
• Computer literacy
