Pharmacy Technician

About the Company

MediCircle is building the national infrastructure to make prescription drugs affordable. We reclaim unused medications, recertify their quality using our patented process, and redistribute them through our licensed pharmacy to provide patients with medications at zero out-of-pocket cost.

Responsibilities

• Check in and verify new medications from donors with accuracy
• Ensure timely drop-off of outgoing drug donation kits to courier
• Manage and optimize the drug donation process to drive growth
• Communicate via phone, text, and email with patients, providers, and pharmacists to resolve issues and provide updates
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction
• Identify and support the implementation of new processes and tools to enhance pharmacy workflows

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) credential in good standing
• Active registration with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP)
• 2+ years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• Familiarity with NDC codes, SIG codes, and medication names
• Ability to work on-site in Sugar Land, TX
• Full-time availability (Monday - Friday, 9am to 5pm CST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or closed-door pharmacy settings
• Familiarity with redistribution-focused pharmacy models
• Experience in early-stage startups or high-growth environments
• Comfort with technology-enabled pharmacy workflows
• Fluent or conversational Spanish
