Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacy support in various settings, including retail community, clinical, and inpatient hospital pharmacies
• Assist with medication preparation and distribution to ensure patient safety
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality, compassionate patient care
• Engage with patients and healthcare providers through effective communication

Requirements

• Valid Montana Pharmacy Technician license (or ability to obtain by hire date)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting
• Experience as a Senior Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Specialist
• Commitment to pursuing Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) status
