Pharmacy Technician Lead

Responsibilities

• Contribute to high-level frontline, day-to-day pharmacy work as assigned by leadership
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross-trainees, and existing team members
• Coordinate the completion of cross-training through effective communication and scheduling
• Serve as a subject matter expert to support continuous improvement projects, including SOP development and training guides
• Support leadership in diagnosing and improving the performance of team members
• Embody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all professional communications and interactions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Trainee, Registered, or Certified Technician status with the State Board of Pharmacy
• Proven experience in departmental pharmacy workflows and processes
• Strong understanding of adjudicating claims and overcoming rejections
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflows and processes within the assigned department
