Pharmacy Technician CFaaS

Responsibilities

• Process prescription orders and ensure accuracy in medication dispensing
• Support pharmacists in medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Maintain proper documentation and comply with regulatory guidelines
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications
• Respond to patient and provider inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharmacy best practices

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or state license as required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail, hospital, or clinical pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in pharmacy software and prescription processing systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in pharmacy technology or related field
• Experience with clinical pharmacy services or medication therapy management
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and data entry
• Bilingual skills
