Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and distribute medications under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
• Select drugs from stock, count, pour, or mix pharmaceuticals
• Monitor prescription inventory for expired products
• Enter prescription data into computerized systems to create patient profiles
• Maintain a clean and orderly pharmacy environment
• Provide customer service to patients and medical professionals
• Maintain pharmacy filing systems, signature logs, and invoices
• Prepare and track delivery instructions and invoices for home or office delivery

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
• 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Pharmacy Technician License
