About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, fill, and organize medication dispensing through automated machines
  • Maintain high levels of quality assurance for medication dispensing accuracy
  • Support inventory activities, including stocking received pharmacy inventory
  • Organize medication shelves and maintain a clean, well-stocked workstation
  • Monitor station queues and meet daily pharmacy goals to ensure timely patient delivery
  • Communicate with internal counterparts to resolve patient issues using strong written and verbal skills

Requirements

  • Must be 18+ years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Commitment to registering with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy and obtaining pharmacy certification within one year of employment
  • Ability to stand without assistance for an entire shift
  • Availability to work a full-time, Monday - Friday schedule from 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior pharmacy technician experience, specifically with medication inventory
  • Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board
  • Registered with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy
